Program Description
eConsulting Group™ offers the Project Management Expert™ certificate as "A NEXT STEP AFTER PMP® EXAM". The objective is to bring a challenge to project managers willing to learn advanced project management tools and techniques. To receive the Project Management Expert™ certificate and 60/55 PDUs, you are required to complete a series of exercises and case studies. The program covers:
-Selecting the right project portfolio
-Risk severity analysis
-Prioritizing projects
-Risk expected analysis
-Performing financial analysis (NPV, ROI, IRR, etc.)
-Throughput Accounting
-Statistical analysis (Monte Carlo, CPM, etc.)
-Project management accounting-SOX
-EISO model
-GATE program management
-ePMO.net
-Strategic/tactical/operational project analysis
In order to receive the Project Management Expert™ certificate and 60/55 PDUs you need to complete a number of exercises and case studies. The exercises would give you practical examples of how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects. You would learn how to select the right project portfolio, prioritize projects, perform financial analysis of your strategic projects (NPV, ROI, IRR, etc.), statistical analysis (e.g. Monte Carlo, CPM, Control Charts, Sampling, etc.), EISO™ model, ePMO.net®, risk severity analysis, risk expected analysis, Throughput Accounting, project management accounting - SOX, GATE program management, strategic/tactical/operational project analysis, etc. The program provides an overview of the project management templates positioned within your project life cycle based on the PMBOK®Guide. It includes all nine areas of the PMBOK®Guide.
Currently there are four ways to obtain the PMEâ„¢:
1. Pass the PME Exam and Earn 20 PDUs
First, pass the PMP® Exam. Next, complete a series of surveys provided upon registration, and finally take the PME Exam, which is an open book exam.
2. Program and Portfolio Management Concentration (On Line- 60 PDUs, On Site- 105 PDUs)
Complete assigned exercises, case studies, and an individual case study along with these courses:

- 2. PM2000 (PM2E00) - Advanced Project Management
- 3. PM3000 (On Site ONLY) - Project Management IS
- 4. PM6000 (PM6E00) - Program and Portfolio Management

4. Construction Project Management Concentration(On Line - 55 PDUs)
Complete assigned exercises and case studies along with one course:

5. For the Project Management Specialistâ„¢(On Line - 40 PDUs / 4.0 CEUs, On Site - 80 PDUs)
