Six Sigma is a methodology made out of number tools and techniques that would, if implemented, lead you toward improving the quality of your output. The focus of the methodology is to take a proactive approach in dealing with the variations within processes that deliver the products or services. If implemented correctly, the methodology should bring the error level within your organization to 3.4 errors per million units of output. In order to achieve Six Sigma levels, you need to introduce the methodology throughout your organization, covering every aspect of your business, including management, research and development, production, transportation, etc.

Program Description

During the course, candidates could obtain green or black belt certifications. Each will require the candidate to submit one project. The class exercises are done in Minitab. The program includes text materials with cutting-edge knowledge presented in lecture form, case studies of “real life” examples, and open discussions.
