Installing and configuring Microsoft Windows (XP) Professional (Exam 70-270) Certification

Description:
This course offers material to students who work within a medium to very large network environments, using Microsoft Windows XP Professional as a desktop operating system. Minimum of one year working experience in any desktop operating system in a network environment, is required.

The course will provide information on implementation and desktop support needs of customers that are planning to deploy and support Microsoft Windows® OS.

Audience:
Information Technology (IT) professionals responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and support of Windows OS, including.


• Helpdesk support for Windows XP Professional desktops.

• Technical support for the Microsoft Windows NT version 4.0 or Windows 2000 Server family of products, or support for a Microsoft Windows XP solution environment.

Duration: 3 days.

This course will satisfy the requisite information that is needed to help students prepare
for either Exam 70-210: Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or Exam 70-270: Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional
