In today's highly competitive and global industry, careful project planning, cost controls, and smart work distribution among global teams, become key factors for a project's success. These factors put even more importance on 'front end' project planning and project scope definition. This includes the collection and analysis of the customer’s voice, business requirements, understanding customer processes and workflows, the definition of software system requirements and architecture, and lastly assigning them to your global development teams.

Program Description
With over 15 years of project management experience, our instructors will train you using a combination of lecture and extensive hands-on exercises as well as a final case study. This 5 day course earns 35 PDUs. Students will develop an understanding of how system and business analysis fits into project management and the product development life cycle. The course covers:
